By registering an Account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described herein to the extent that consent is the applicable legal basis for processing.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active Account and for a minimum period following Account closure as required by applicable KYC and AML regulations — typically five years from Account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• KYC Documents: Retained for the period required by the AML and identity verification obligations of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, 798pkr will notify affected users and, where required, relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable breach notification obligations.

Subject to applicable law and any overriding legal obligations (such as AML data retention requirements), you have the following rights in relation to the personal data 798pkr holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address in Section 14.

Due to the international nature of the Platform's infrastructure and third-party service providers, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence — including jurisdictions that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your home country.

Where such transfers occur, 798pkr ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place through one or more of the following mechanisms: contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses; adequacy decisions applicable to the destination jurisdiction; or binding corporate rules where applicable within a corporate group structure.

The 798pkr Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect, process or store personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.

Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is below the applicable minimum age, we will suspend the relevant Account immediately, cease processing the individual's data for transactional purposes, and take steps to securely delete or return any deposited funds to the payment source.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. Where the legal basis for processing changes materially — for example, where we introduce a new processing activity requiring your consent — we will seek fresh consent before commencing that processing.
