These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions that govern your use of all services, products, content and features offered through the 798pkr platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the 798pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online betting and gaming services under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person. Each Account must be registered to a single, named individual and operated solely by that individual.
• You must not be listed on any national or international financial sanctions list or self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee, contractor or director of 798pkr or any associated entity.

When registering an Account on 798pkr, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly if any details change.

798pkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide supporting identity documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, in some cases, source-of-funds documentation — before deposits are processed, bets are accepted or withdrawals are made.

• Registration of more than one Account per individual is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 798pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 998pkr reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Your use of the 798pkr Platform is subject to compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through the use of automated tools, bots, scripting software or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or any other form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to transfer funds in circumvention of applicable AML requirements.
• Exploiting errors, technical glitches or system vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain financial advantage. Any bets placed as a result of manifest errors may be voided at 798pkr's sole discretion.
• Opening multiple Accounts or using third-party Accounts to participate in bonus or promotional schemes.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 798pkr.

All bets placed on the 798pkr Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is confirmed only once you have received an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• 798pkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular activity, pricing errors or market manipulation.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 798pkr's decision shall be final subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to suspension during critical moments of a match. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is determined may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, game type and Account status. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup and bilateral T20I series — specific match and innings betting rules apply. Matches abandoned without a result being determined may result in bets being voided.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Historical RTP (Return to Player) percentages are illustrative long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

All financial transactions on 798pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are subject to minimum deposit limits as published on the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined until verification is complete.
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. 798pkr will aim to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's help documentation.
• 798pkr does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which 798pkr accepts no responsibility.

798pkr accepts cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT, subject to published minimum amounts and network confirmation requirements. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the relevant network.

798pkr may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only, as defined by the specific promotion terms. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, Account verification status and geographic restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within any applicable time limit. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire at the end of the relevant period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 798pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice, where fraud, abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• A PKR 10,000 migration welcome bonus (illustrative example) is subject to full eligibility verification and published specific terms. Bonus amounts and terms are not guaranteed and may vary.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum net loss thresholds per session or per defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders and automatic timeouts.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may take a short-term break from the Platform without permanent Account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request full Account suspension for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed immediately upon request — a mandatory review period applies.

• You may access and view Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 798pkr.
• The 798pkr brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to 798pkr. Use of these marks without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions or communications you provide to 798pkr may be used by us without restriction and without obligation to compensate you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 798pkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform, including losses arising from match results, game outcomes or market movements.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any sports data, odds information or other third-party content displayed on the Platform.

798pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, identity falsification, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request relating to the Account.
• Account inactivity for a period as defined in the Platform's account management policy.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 798pkr customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 798pkr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Complaints Process: If you have a complaint relating to your Account, a bet outcome or any other aspect of the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team at the email address listed in the Contact Us section below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body in the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

798pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Users via the registered Account email address and will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 798pkr recommends reviewing these Terms at least once per calendar quarter and whenever you receive a notification of changes.
